CM-2 adopts a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor with an operation speed of 100 MIPS and a minimum control cycle of 10ms, enabling rapid response to dynamic changes of equipment and precise load regulation and protection actions. It supports custom logic configuration, and control strategies can be built by dragging function blocks through DEIF Configuration Studio software without coding, improving debugging efficiency by more than 40%.
Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time monitor power abnormalities, channel faults, communication interruptions and other statuses with a fault identification accuracy ≥99%, and output alarm signals through relay or communication interface. The wide voltage power supply design adapts to grid fluctuations, and operates continuously without performance degradation at -40°C to 70°C extreme temperature, with mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥200,000 hours.
It is seamlessly compatible with DEIF displays and remote monitoring platforms, with data transmission delay ≤50ms, supporting remote parameter configuration and firmware upgrade, realizing intelligent management of the entire life cycle of equipment.
