ZYGO ZMI-2002 8020-0211 is a high-precision dual-axis measurement board launched by Zygo Corporation (USA), belonging to the ZMI-2000 series displacement measuring interferometer electronics. Its core function is to realize precise metering of dual-axis synchronous displacement and distance based on interferometric measurement technology, adapting to laser interferometric measurement systems. Designed as a 6U VME standard board, the product supports VME, ISA and simplified P2 interfaces, which can be seamlessly connected to servo cards and motor controllers via bus. It allows multi-board expansion up to 16 measurement axes and integrates a digital signal processing module to capture and process measurement signals in real time, serving as a core component for high-precision detection and control scenarios in semiconductor manufacturing, optical processing and other fields.
