Product Performance
The controller adopts dual speed sensor redundancy design, automatically selects the highest frequency signal as speed feedback, supports critical speed avoidance (1 speed band) function to prevent the turbine from operating in resonance range. It integrates adaptive speed/load PID dynamics algorithm to achieve precise regulation of speed and load, and supports local and remote switching control of speed/load with remote analog setpoint function.
The overspeed protection system can real-time monitor peak speed with trip response time <100ms. It also has real-time monitoring and alarm/trip linkage functions for bearing temperature and vibration parameters, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥95%, supporting first-out fault indication and event recording. It realizes real-time clock synchronization via SNTP, and seamless integration with plant control systems through Ethernet and Modbus communication, supporting online configuration and parameter modification without shutdown maintenance.
The equipment adopts sulfur-resistant coating and wide-temperature design, operating stably in sulfur-containing corrosive and vibrating environments. It maintains form-fit-function consistency with the previous PEAK 150 controller, with 100% installation and replacement compatibility.
