Product Performance
Powerful control function: It has engine and generator protection functions, and its settings are fully programmable. It can achieve automatic synchronization, including phase matching, positive/negative sliding frequency, parallel operation (dead zone), and other functions. It also supports proportional load sharing, which can achieve equal or droop control of up to 32 generator units without being affected by the capacity of a single unit.
Excellent communication capability: It has true RMS voltage and current detection functions, which can reduce sensitivity to harmonics. Supports CAN network communication/control with engine ECU, following the standard SAE-J1939 protocol and several proprietary engine OEM protocols. Simultaneously providing a serial Modbus RTU (slave) communication interface for SCADA alarms and external control.
Flexible and convenient configuration: can be configured through PC/laptop with Woodward ToolKit service tool. It can also be connected to the RP-3500 remote panel to provide complete alarm, control, and configuration of the controller through CANopen protocol, with a maximum distance of 250 meters.
