Product Performance
The module adopts adaptive speed sensing algorithm, with speed control accuracy up to ±0.1% and load sharing accuracy ±0.5% FS, enabling load balancing adjustment among multiple units. The control response time is <1.0s, which can adjust engine speed in real time according to load changes to ensure stable output voltage and frequency.
It integrates manifold air pressure limiter, torque limiter and low-speed sensing function, supporting remote speed/load reference setting, soft load transfer and automatic idle-to-rated speed switching. It has optional load rejection/load pulse function and idle droop control, adapting to complex working conditions.
Built-in fault self-diagnostic system can capture and record fault data for traceability analysis, with diagnosis coverage ≥98%. It supports testing and parameter configuration via PC, and Modbus communication function realizes seamless integration with SCADA/DCS systems.
