Product Performance
Overspeed detection: By continuously monitoring the turbine speed through a 4-20mA current circuit input, the speed can be accurately measured and overspeed situations can be detected in a timely manner. Once the speed exceeds the predetermined limit, a safe shutdown will be triggered to prevent catastrophic failures caused by excessive speed.
Configurable trip settings: allowing specific overspeed thresholds and response times to be set based on the characteristics of different turbines, providing a high degree of flexibility and specificity.
Alarm and Communication: Provides alarm output, which can be integrated with the control system through Modbus communication protocol to achieve remote monitoring and facilitate operators to timely understand the equipment status.
High reliability design: Adopting dual redundant trip relays and a 2 out of 3 voting architecture, or providing three independent non voting trip relays and separate alarm relays, enhances reliability and reduces the risk of false tripping; At the same time, the equipment adopts conformal coating materials to resist common sulfur pollution, hydrogen sulfide (H ₂ S), and sulfur dioxide (SO ₂) gases in the power plant environment, protecting internal electronic components from corrosion and ensuring reliable operation.
