WOODWARD 8237-1246 is an overspeed detection system in the ProTech GII series, developed specifically to shut down steam, gas, and hydraulic turbines of various sizes upon receiving overspeed or over acceleration events to prevent equipment damage and personnel injury. Supports natural gas, hydrogen (H2 volume ratio 0-100%), ammonia (NH3), and biomethane, with a switching time of less than 20 seconds (combustion oscillation suppression algorithm ensures smooth transition). Dynamically adjust the NH3/H2 ratio (20% to 80%) to solve the problem of delayed ignition of ammonia fuel (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries verification project). Accurately control the fluctuation of H2+CO flow rate (± 0.5%), with a carbon emission of 1 × 10 ^ 8 hours per ton of steel. Predict bearing failure through acoustic emission signal analysis (accuracy>97%) and issue a warning 500 hours in advance.
