Product Performance
- Precise Control Performance: Equipped with five PID controllers that can affect the demand of the main steam inlet valve, including speed/load PID controller, acceleration PID, two auxiliary PID controllers and cascade PID controller. It can achieve precise control of turbine speed, load and other parameters, with a control accuracy of ±0.1%.
- Multiple Startup Modes: It has three turbine startup modes: manual, semi – automatic or automatic, which can be flexibly selected and configured according to actual needs, and the startup process is convenient and efficient.
- Safety Protection Function: It is equipped with 10 external alarm inputs and 10 external digital trip inputs, with functions such as critical speed avoidance (3 speed bands), peak speed indication for overspeed trip, zero speed detection, etc., which can effectively ensure the safe operation of the turbine.
- Convenient Communication: Through the Modbus communication port, it can directly communicate with the plant’s distributed control system and human – machine interface control panel, supporting ASCII or RTU Modbus transmission protocols, facilitating data interaction and remote monitoring.
- Friendly Operation Interface: Equipped with an 8.4 – inch LCD display and a membrane keyboard, supporting multi – language screen display including Chinese, which is convenient for operators to operate, diagnose and control. Configurable tag names are available for easy identification of connections. There is an internal “turbine simulator” for offline training and advanced testing before system changes.
- Electromagnetic Compatibility: Complies with the EN 61000 – 6 – 2 electromagnetic compatibility standard, has strong anti – interference ability, and can operate stably in complex electromagnetic environments.
