Product Performance
Adopts 2-out-of-3 voting architecture for signal redundancy judgment, with fault detection response time ≤10ms. It can automatically shield abnormal signals when a single module fails, ensuring continuous operation of the safety system. Supports online replacement and maintenance; other components work normally during single-module maintenance without interrupting equipment operation.
The hard PLC processor has a logic processing speed of 100ns/instruction, enabling rapid execution of complex safety control algorithms. The overspeed detection accuracy is ±0.1% rated speed, which can accurately trigger turbine shutdown protection. The communication interface data transmission delay is ≤50ms, fault information is uploaded to the monitoring system in real time, and diagnostic coverage is ≥99%.
