Product Performance

The ±0.1°C high-precision control combined with independent PID algorithm allows each loop to set parameters individually and supports self-tuning function, which can quickly adapt to different process requirements, reduce temperature fluctuation and overshoot, and ensure thermal process stability and product consistency.

8 independent control loops can be flexibly configured with heating or cooling modes, supporting mixed access of multiple types of sensors and actuators without additional adapter modules, greatly simplifying the design and deployment of multi-zone temperature control systems.

The combination of wide voltage power supply and IP65 protection level provides strong anti-interference ability, enabling stable operation in environments with voltage fluctuations, heavy dust and slight water splashing, adapting to harsh industrial on-site conditions.

The optional 256-segment program control function supports complex time-series processes such as ramp heating and constant temperature soaking.
