VIBRO-METER VM600 MPC4 200-510-076-114 and 200-510-111-034 are industrial-grade machinery protection cards launched by Switzerland's VIBRO-METER (now part of Meggitt Group), both serving as core monitoring components of the VM600 Series Machinery Protection System (MPS). Their core function is to act as the "neural hub" of rotating machinery, real-time collecting key parameters such as vibration, displacement and rotational speed, realizing signal processing, spectrum analysis and fault early warning via FPGA and DSP chips, and triggering protective actions when parameters exceed limits. Both devices must be paired with IOC4T input/output cards. 200-510-076-114 is an enhanced standard version, equipped with 4 dynamic channels and 2 tachometer channels, supporting direct tachometer signal processing; 200-510-111-034 is a SIL safety version, retaining only 4 dynamic channels, certified to IEC 61508 SIL2, with conformal coating on circuits for enhanced protection. Both have built-in self-test and diagnosis functions, support hot-swapping, feature BNC interfaces for raw signal output, are compatible with VM600 series racks, and meet monitoring needs of conventional industrial scenarios and high-safety-level scenarios respectively.​
