VIBRO-METER VM600 CMC16 200-530-025-014 and 200-530-111-013 are industrial-grade 16-channel condition monitoring cards launched by Switzerland's VIBRO-METER (now part of Meggitt Group), both serving as core components of the VM600 Series Condition Monitoring System (CMS). Their core function is to act as intelligent front-end Data Acquisition Units (DAU) for real-time acquisition, signal analysis and data transmission of multi-dimensional parameters of rotating machinery. Both devices are equipped with 16 independent programmable dynamic channels and 4 speed channels, with the first 4 channels configurable as tacho inputs and the last 12 as process value inputs. They integrate 24-bit ADC converters and high-resolution FFT processing engines, supporting access to multiple signal types including vibration, rotational speed, dynamic pressure and rotor air gap. They connect to MPC4 machinery protection cards via VM600 system "raw bus" and "tacho bus", or to external sensors via IOC16T modules for EMC protection. The built-in processor performs time-domain to frequency-domain conversion, band extraction and threshold verification, communicates with upper-level systems via Ethernet/RS-485, and supports hot-swapping and automatic configuration. They are key data acquisition components for predictive maintenance of gas turbines, compressors and other equipment. The main difference lies in that 200-530-025-014 is focused on general industrial scenarios, while 200-530-111-013 has advantages in EMC protection and environmental adaptability.​
