Product Performance
Adopting synchronous rectification technology and digital control chip, it achieves high conversion efficiency in the full load range. The typical efficiency of 85% can reduce system heat dissipation loss. The passive heat dissipation design has no mechanical fan, reducing fault points and improving long-term reliability. It supports N+1 redundant parallel connection, with load current sharing accuracy ≤3% when multiple modules are paralleled. When a single module fails, other modules automatically take over the load without power supply interruption, meeting the “no shutdown” requirement of critical systems.
Each output channel has an independent protection mechanism, with overvoltage and overcurrent response time ≤100μs, which can quickly cut off abnormal circuits and protect downstream CPCI boards (such as processors and I/O modules) from damage; the over-temperature protection uses dual temperature sensors to accurately monitor the core and housing temperature of the module, avoiding high-temperature derating.
The PMBus remote monitoring function can upload power supply parameters to the system management unit in real time, supporting remote restart and fault location to simplify operation and maintenance; the hot-swapping design allows online module replacement, no need to shut down the entire system during maintenance, adapting to 24/7 continuous operation scenarios.
