Valmet MBMT120 Analog input module

Valmet MBMT120 is a high-precision analog input module in Valmet's industrial automation series, designed for continuous signal acquisition in process industries. Its core function is to receive analog signals from on-site sensors (such as pressure, temperature, and liquid level transmitters), transmit them to Valmet DNA, Valmet Automation System and other control systems after precise conversion and filtering, realizing real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of process parameters. The module adopts channel-level independent isolation and redundancy design, supports hot swapping and online calibration, adapts to a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃ and harsh industrial electromagnetic interference scenarios, and has passed SIL 2 safety certification. It is a core component for signal acquisition in key process control of papermaking, energy, chemical and other industries.
