Product Performance
PLM3900N adopts a triple modular redundant signal processing and voting circuit. Each I/O signal is synchronously collected, processed and logically voted through three independent channels, achieving 100% signal transmission accuracy. The system can continue to operate in case of single-point failure, completely avoiding safety risks. Integrated with independent isolation and power amplification circuits, each output channel has signal enhancement function with common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in industrial sites and ensuring stable signal transmission.
Built-in real-time self-diagnostic system, it can monitor channel open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage and module power supply abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage >99.9% and fault response time ≤1ms. It intuitively feeds back channel status through dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault). Supports parallel operation of multiple industrial communication protocols, with protocol conversion delay ≤2ms, meeting the real-time requirements of safety interlocks. Fully compatible with Tricon series controllers, parameters can be adjusted online through configuration software, enabling system expansion without shutdown.
The module has a mean time between failures (MTBF) of ≥400,000 hours, and can operate stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, adapting to various harsh industrial working conditions.![]()
