Product Performance
IMFF4703x adopts a triple modular redundant communication and signal processing architecture. Data between the main processor and I/O modules is synchronously transmitted and voted through three independent channels, achieving 100% data interaction accuracy and completely eliminating the risk of single-point communication interruption. It supports parallel processing of multi-type signals, with analog signal conversion delay ≤2ms and digital signal response time ≤1ms, meeting the real-time requirements of safety systems.
Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnostic functions, it real-time monitors module power supply status, communication link integrity and signal channel abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%. It completes status reporting within 10ms after a fault occurs, and feeds back operating status through dual channels of system bus and indicator lights. It has strong anti-interference ability, which can maintain stable signal transmission in the electromagnetic environment of industrial sites and adapt to various harsh working conditions.
Seamlessly compatible with Tricon CX series systems, it supports online adjustment of communication parameters and signal types through configuration software, enabling function expansion without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥350,000 hours, complying with SIL 3 safety integrity level requirements, and can operate stably for a long time in high-safety demand scenarios.
