Product Performance
DI3301S2 adopts a triple modular redundant signal acquisition and voting circuit. Each input signal is synchronously collected through three independent channels and logically voted, with a signal recognition accuracy of 100%, completely avoiding single-point fault risks. The full-channel independent isolation design combined with a differential input structure provides a common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, effectively resisting strong electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.
Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect channel open circuits, short circuits, overvoltage, and module power abnormalities, with a fault diagnosis coverage rate ≥99.9% and a fault response time ≤1ms. Fault status is fed back through dual channels of dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault per channel) and the system bus. It supports online configuration of signal types (dry contact/active) and filtering time (0.1ms-100ms adjustable), enabling parameter configuration without shutdown.
Seamlessly compatible with Tricon CX series controllers, the data transmission delay is ≤3ms, meeting the real-time requirements of safety interlocks. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥350,000 hours, complying with the SIL 3 safety integrity level requirements.![]()
