Product Performance
AO3481S2 adopts a triple modular redundant signal processing and voting circuit. Each output signal is synchronously processed and logically voted through three independent channels, achieving 100% signal output accuracy and completely avoiding single-point fault risks. The 12-bit resolution and <0.25% high accuracy ensure the stability and precision of analog signal output, meeting the control requirements of precision regulation equipment.
Integrated with Forced-Switch Diagnostic (FSD) function, it real-time monitors channel open circuits, short circuits, overvoltage and module power abnormalities, with a fault diagnosis coverage rate ≥99.9%. The switching response time in case of channel fault is typically 1ms, maximum 3ms, and the status is intuitively fed back through dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault). It supports hot-swappable function, allowing online module replacement without interrupting system operation, ensuring production continuity.
Fully compatible with Tricon TMR series controllers, the data conversion delay is ≤2ms, meeting the real-time requirements of safety interlocks. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥300,000 hours, complying with SIL 3 safety integrity level requirements.
