The 7400150-370 power module supports automatic switching of dual input channels, with switching time ≤10ms and output voltage ripple ≤50mVp-p, ensuring continuous system power supply. The 3000540-380 communication module adopts hardware-level network redundancy, with data transmission delay ≤2ms, supporting automatic network fault recovery.​

Integrated with full-link self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time monitor CPU faults, power abnormalities, communication interruptions and I/O channel faults, with diagnostic coverage ≥99.9% and fault response time ≤1ms, feeding back status via LED indicators and bus.
