Product Performance
The module adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture, with three independent channels working in parallel and real-time voting. When a single channel fails, the system automatically switches to the redundant channel, with a fault isolation rate of 100%, ensuring continuous validity of output signals. It is certified to IEC 61508 SIL 3, with a safety integrity level meeting the requirements of safety-critical scenarios such as Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and fire interlock.
The output signal response time is ≤1ms, which can quickly execute controller instructions and avoid safety risks caused by action delay. It integrates real-time fault detection function, which can accurately identify abnormalities such as channel short circuit, open circuit and power undervoltage. Fault information is uploaded to the controller in real time via redundant bus, and the local fault indicator is triggered simultaneously.
The module has self-protection function, which can realize current limiting protection when the channel is short-circuited without external fuses, and automatically resume normal operation after the fault is eliminated. It adapts to 24/7 continuous production scenarios, with a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) ≥1,000,000 hours (25℃ environment), and can be seamlessly integrated with all series of TRICONEX safety controllers, supporting modular expansion.
