Product Performance
The module adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture, with three independent channels working in parallel and executing 2oo3 voting logic. When a single channel fails, the redundant channel takes over seamlessly, with a fault isolation rate of 100%, ensuring the continuity of signal acquisition and output. It is certified to IEC 61508 SIL 3, with a safety integrity level meeting the requirements of safety-critical scenarios such as Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Burner Management System (BMS).
The analog signal acquisition accuracy is ≤±0.1% full scale, and the digital signal response time is <2ms, which can quickly capture on-site status changes and execute control instructions. It integrates comprehensive self-diagnosis function, which can real-time detect faults such as channel open/short circuit, power abnormality and communication interruption, with a diagnosis coverage rate of ≥99.5%. Fault information is uploaded to the controller in real time via redundant bus.
The module supports fail-safe mode, and the output can be configured to preset safe state (such as hold/zero) when a fault occurs. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is ≥1,500,000 hours (25℃ environment), adapting to 24/7 continuous production scenarios. The modular design enables maintenance and replacement time ≤10 seconds.
