TRICONEX 3000470-510 is a dedicated terminal panel module for Triconex Safety Instrumented System (SIS) under Schneider Electric, with core functions of realizing physical wiring connection and signal adaptation between field devices and Triconex I/O modules. Designed for 0-5V/0-10V analog signals, the module incorporates built-in signal conditioning circuits to achieve voltage matching and preliminary filtering, ensuring compatibility between field signals and the electrical characteristics of Triconex controllers. As an intermediate component for system signal transmission, it supports Triconex redundant architecture. Though discontinued, it is still widely used in emergency shutdown systems (ESD) of existing critical industrial facilities such as oil & gas and nuclear power plants, providing physical guarantee for stable transmission of safety signals. TRICONEX 9760-210 is a 32-channel current input terminal panel for Triconex safety instrumented systems, with core function of converting current signals from on-site sensors to 0-5VDC voltage signals and transmitting them to Triconex I/O modules. The module incorporates a high-precision resistor network and current limiting circuit, with each input terminal equipped with a 250Ω conversion resistor and a 180Ω current limiting resistor. It supports redundant 24VDC power supply and realizes seamless power switching via diode ORing. With IP67 protection rating and wide-temperature design, it can be directly applied to harsh industrial on-site environments, serving as a key transfer component for analog signal acquisition in process control.
