Product Performance
The module adopts a modular redundant architecture, supporting online replacement. During replacement, the system maintains signal acquisition continuity without data loss. HART signal transmission and 4-20mA safety signals are physically isolated, certified to have no mutual interference, ensuring independence and reliability of safety circuits and communication circuits.
The data acquisition response time is ≤5ms, and the HART command processing cycle is ≤10ms, enabling real-time synchronization of analog data and equipment diagnostic information. It integrates comprehensive self-diagnosis function with a fault diagnosis coverage rate of >99.9%, which can real-time detect abnormalities such as communication interruption, signal loss and module failure. Fault information is uploaded to the controller in real time via bus.
It has Achilles Level 1 cyber security protection, supporting user authentication, data encryption and access permission control to prevent unauthorized operations and data tampering. Adapting to 24/7 continuous production scenarios, the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is ≥1,200,000 hours (25℃ environment), and it can be seamlessly integrated with Triconex TMR series controllers.
