SHINKAWA MP-2W2 Differential inflation monitoring module

SHINKAWA MP-2W2 is an industrial-grade high-precision differential expansion monitoring module launched by Shinkawa Co., Ltd. (Japan), belonging to the VM-5 series rotating machinery condition monitoring system. Its core function is to real-time monitor the shaft differential expansion parameters of rotating equipment such as steam turbines and generators, realizing condition control and fault early warning during the thermal operation of equipment. Designed in compliance with American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 670, the product supports adaptation with multiple types of front-end equipment including FK/VK series eddy current sensors, CV/CA series displacement sensors and LVDTs. It can be configured as rack-mount type or standalone type with built-in power supply, adapting to the needs of small-to-medium rotating machinery and large turbine TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) systems. Integrating self-diagnosis function and front-panel operation interface, it enables parameter configuration and status check without shutdown, and can be directly connected to PLC and DCS systems, serving as a key monitoring component to ensure the safe operation of rotating equipment.
