RELIANCE VZ3000G UVZC3455G Digital AC servo controller

RELIANCE VZ3000G UVZC3455G is a modular digital AC servo controller launched by Reliance Electric, composed of the VZ3000G basic drive unit and UVZC3455G power control unit. Its core function is high-precision speed, position and torque closed-loop control for medium and high-power industrial servo motors. The controller integrates an IGBT power module and sinusoidal PWM full digital control algorithm, which can directly drive three-phase AC servo motors and is compatible with Reliance automation systems as well as third-party PLCs or motion controllers. Adopting a chassis-type packaging design, it has a built-in bus unit, regulator unit and comprehensive fault diagnosis module, enabling stable operation in harsh industrial environments such as high/low temperature and high humidity. It serves as a core drive component in heavy machinery processing and automated production lines.
