PILZ A.F.051.501 08.04 is a safety expansion module launched by PILZ, designed specifically for the PNOZ series safety relay systems. Its core function is to expand the number of safety control loops, adapting to the access of various safety sensor signals such as emergency stop buttons, safety doors, and light curtains, realizing multi-loop safety interlock logic control. The module seamlessly interfaces with PNOZ safety relay hosts via a dedicated interface, requiring no additional programming. Safety logic can be configured only through hardware wiring. It features loop fault diagnosis and status feedback functions, complying with the IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety standard. It is a key expansion component to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in industrial automation scenarios, widely adapting to the safety control needs of small and medium-sized machinery and production lines.
