MOOG G403-552A Communication servo drive

MOOG G403-552A is a compact industrial-grade AC servo drive, specifically designed for medium and low-power servo motor control. Its core function is to receive pulse, analog or bus control signals via sinusoidal field-oriented control algorithm, and output precise drive current to achieve motor speed regulation, position positioning and torque control. The module integrates a Resolver feedback interface, supporting closed-loop control to improve motion accuracy; it is equipped with a graphical configuration software interface, allowing customization of control modes, acceleration/deceleration curves and protection parameters; adopts a single PCB integrated with control and power circuits, eliminating inter-board connectors to enhance reliability, adapting to fanless compact installation scenarios. It serves as a core control component for "signal processing-precise drive-status feedback" in industrial automation equipment.​

Product Performance​

Adopts sinusoidal field-oriented control technology, speed control accuracy ±0.1% rated speed, position control repeatability ±0.01% full stroke. Response time to control signals ≤3ms, enabling rapid execution of speed and position switching commands, adapting to dynamic motion scenarios.​

Supports real-time decoding of Resolver feedback signals, position detection resolution up to 16 bits, ensuring position feedback accuracy during motor operation. Under 325V AC rated voltage, output current stability ±0.5%, speed overshoot ≤3% when load changes suddenly (±20% rated load), recovery time ≤100ms.​

Built-in fault diagnosis module can identify 8 types of faults including overcurrent, overvoltage and feedback loss, with diagnostic coverage ≥98%. Fault information is output synchronously via status indicators and bus signals. The module’s Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is ≥600,000 hours (MIL-HDBK-217F, 25℃ environment).​
