Product Performance
High precision control: It can accurately control parameters such as speed, position, acceleration, force, or pressure according to system requirements. The same servo valve can be set to flow control, pressure control, or flow/pressure composite control mode. Control parameters such as flow gain and zero point can be set according to the principle of optimizing control performance.
High dynamic response: Suitable for electro-hydraulic control systems with high dynamic response requirements, able to quickly track changes in command signals, with a step response time of up to 30 milliseconds @ 220 bar (3000 pounds per square inch).
Remote monitoring and diagnosis: Its diagnostic information and key control parameters (including working environment parameters and internal parameters of servo valves) can be promptly fed back to the main controller, making it convenient for operators to remotely monitor, diagnose, and control servo valves, improving the maintenance convenience and reliability of the system.
Parameters can be updated online: During the host debugging period, the control parameters of the servo valve can be downloaded through the bus port or directly set by the upper computer to achieve the best match between the servo valve and the control system, and the download and update of control parameters can even be carried out while the host is running.
