MOOG D136-001-008 Intelligent redundant electro-hydraulic servo valve

MOOG D136-001-008 is an intelligent redundant electro-hydraulic servo valve of the MOOG GOLD-X series, designed for high safety and ultra precision control scenarios. It adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) and seamlessly switches to the backup channel in case of a single channel failure, meeting the safety levels of IEC 61508 SIL 3 and ISO 26262 ASIL D. Support mineral oil, synthetic ester (HEES), and water-based hydraulic fluid (HFC), automatically adjust control parameters through AI viscosity compensation algorithm (compensation accuracy ± 0.05%). Integrate NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module, locally execute predictive maintenance models (such as valve core wear life prediction), with computing power of 100 TOPS.
