Product Performance

Adopting a 12-stack filter membrane design with 0.2μm high-precision filtration accuracy, it can efficiently retain particles, bacteria and various tiny contaminants in the fluid, with stable filtration efficiency, and can continuously provide clean and qualified fluid media for subsequent processes.

Both the membrane material and the housing are made of polypropylene (PP), with excellent chemical compatibility and structural stability, compatible with conventional aqueous fluids and most commonly used industrial solvents, no leachables, and no contamination of the filtered medium.

The operating pressure range covers 0-60psi, and the rated operating pressure is 50psi, which can adapt to the filtration needs of different pressure working conditions, operate stably under rated pressure, and have no leakage or abnormal pressure loss.

The flow rate can reach 12 gallons per minute, with fast filtration speed, which can meet the efficiency requirements of medium and large-scale industrial water and process fluid filtration, and greatly improve the fluid treatment capacity.
