IR AAP3798102-00140 is an industrial-grade non-contact infrared temperature sensor launched by Ingersoll Rand. Its core function is to achieve precise non-contact temperature measurement and signal output by detecting infrared radiation emitted by target objects. The sensor adapts to a wide temperature measurement range of -40℃ to +800℃, supports dual output modes of analog and digital signals, integrates optical focusing and signal conditioning circuits, and features dust and moisture interference resistance design. It can be directly connected to PLC, DCS systems or industrial controllers without additional adaptation modules. Its non-contact measurement method avoids direct contact with high-temperature and corrosive targets, making it an ideal component for temperature monitoring of high-temperature objects, moving parts or non-contact scenarios in industrial environments.
