Product Performance
Signal processing capability: It can receive and process various types of low-level analog signals, such as signals generated by thermal resistors and thermocouples, and convert these signals into digital form for use in control systems, with high accuracy and stability.
High reliability: adopting a unique patented hot channel shape, components can be implemented in a redundant manner, providing a solution without single point of failure. Equipped with self diagnostic functions for power on and operation, with fault indication, it can promptly detect its own faults and take corresponding measures. All RAM memory has ECC function, and Flash memory undergoes checksum, further improving the reliability of data storage and processing.
Flexible configuration: The I/O module and on-site terminal are combined in the same area, with two levels of “detachable” terminals for easy wiring and maintenance. On site power can be provided through IOTA, with redundancy available directly on IOTA. Modules can be placed locally or remotely on the control processor, providing strong flexibility. The I/O processing and control processing functions are executed separately, and the I/O sampling rate is completely independent of the number of I/Os, controller load, processing, and alarms, which can effectively utilize controller resources and prepare for future I/O expansion.
Strong anti-interference ability: In industrial environments, it can effectively resist the influence of various interference sources such as electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference, ensuring the accuracy and stability of input signals, thereby ensuring the reliable operation of the entire control system.
