Product Performance

The module adopts fanless natural heat dissipation design, suitable for enclosed cabinet installation in industrial sites, and can maintain stable operation within the operating temperature range of 0-60°C. The 4 SFP slots work independently, and the failure of a single slot does not affect data transmission of other slots, ensuring strong link redundancy. It supports auto-negotiation function, which can automatically match data rate and duplex mode according to the connected SFP module, without manual configuration.

The hot-swappable function enables online maintenance of the module, with replacement time ≤30 seconds and network interruption time ＜100ms, meeting the high availability requirements of industrial control systems. The diagnostic LED indicators have a response time ≤10ms, which can quickly locate problems such as link interruption and module failure, with fault identification accuracy ≥99%. The communication delay with MS20/30 series switch backplane is ＜1μs, ensuring the timeliness of real-time industrial data transmission.

It is compatible with Hirschmann Industrial HiVision network management software, supporting remote monitoring of module operation status, link quality and SFP module parameters, and active reporting of fault alarm information, adapting to centralized management scenarios of industrial networks.
