Product Performance
The module is certified to IEC 61508 SIL 3, with a safety integrity level meeting the requirements of safety-critical scenarios such as Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and fire alarm. The 24-channel independent isolation design ensures that a single channel fault does not affect other channels, with a fault isolation rate of 100%.
The output signal response time is ≤1ms (when filter time is 0.1ms), which can quickly execute controller instructions and avoid safety risks caused by action delay. The digital filter function can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference in industrial environments, ensuring the stability of output signals.
The fault diagnosis coverage is ≥99%, which can real-time detect faults such as channel short circuit, open circuit, power undervoltage and communication interruption. Fault information is uploaded to the safety controller in real time via Ethernet, and the local fault indicator is triggered simultaneously. It supports hot-swapping operation, with a module replacement time of ≤15 seconds. During replacement, the controller automatically maintains the output state without restarting the system. It is compatible with all series of HIMA HIMax safety controllers, and output types, filter time and fault alarm logic can be flexibly configured via configuration software to adapt to different on-site equipment requirements.
