GE WESDAC D20ME 18-MAR-13 is an industrial-grade high-performance redundant main controller belonging to the D20 series automation platform. Its core functions include implementing logical control, sequence regulation and cross-equipment data interaction for complex industrial processes, and acting as a system hub to coordinate I/O module signal processing and external system communication. Adopting a dual-CPU redundant architecture, this controller complies with IEC 61131-3 programming standard and SIL 3 safety certification, seamlessly integrates with D20 series I/O modules and communication modules via D.20 Link bus, equipped with LCD status display and online diagnostic functions, supports rack mounting, and is certified by CE, UL and ATEX, suitable for safety-critical industrial control scenarios.​

Product Performance​

D20ME 18-MAR-13 adopts a dual-CPU hot-standby redundant architecture, with data synchronization delay between active and standby controllers ≤1ms, enabling non-disturbance switching in case of failure to ensure continuous operation of control logic. It supports parallel processing of more than 1000 control loops, with logic operation cycle ≤10ms. Integrated with D.20 Link high-speed communication protocol, the data interaction response time with I/O modules is ≤20ms. The Ethernet port supports Modbus TCP for connection with third-party systems, with data transmission rate ≥10Mbps.​

Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic system, it real-time monitors processor status, memory integrity, communication links and power voltage, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%. Fault information is synchronously fed back through LCD display and status indicators, supporting 512 time-stamped event records. Adopting industrial-grade anti-interference circuit design, it can maintain signal stability in strong electromagnetic environments, adapting to dusty and high-humidity industrial sites.​

Fully compatible with GE D20 series I/O modules (such as EME, MIC), supporting online configuration programming and firmware upgrade via ToolboxST software, enabling system maintenance without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥350,000 hours, meeting the industrial requirements of long-term continuous operation.​
