WES5120 2340-21004 is equipped with a high-performance industrial-grade processor, with data processing delay ≤2ms, supporting synchronous acquisition of 20 analog signals and 14 digital signals, capable of executing complex PID control logic and sequence control programs, with program capacity ≥50,000 steps. It integrates multi-protocol communication module, Ethernet data transmission rate ≥100Mbps, supports wired/wireless dual-link redundancy, and automatic switching time <50ms after network interruption.
Adopting dual electrical isolation and anti-interference circuit design, the common mode rejection ratio is ≥120dB, maintaining stable signal acquisition and control output in strong electromagnetic industrial environments. Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic system, it can real-time monitor power status, communication links, I/O channels and program operation status, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, triggering alarm and recording event logs within 10ms after fault occurrence.
Supporting hot-swappable function, module replacement does not require system shutdown, fully compatible with GE Mark VIe control system and D20 I/O modules, and supports online parameter configuration and logic configuration via ToolboxST software.
