WEA13-13 2508-21001 adopts FPGA+ARM heterogeneous architecture with data processing delay ≤1ms, supporting multi-channel signal synchronous acquisition and parallel processing. Combined with automatic gain control technology, it can adapt to input signals of different amplitudes to ensure signal acquisition accuracy. It integrates a high-speed storage unit, supporting real-time data recording and offline tracing with data writing rate ≥10MB/s.
Adopting industrial-grade anti-interference circuit design, the common mode rejection ratio is ≥120dB, which can maintain stable signal transmission and processing in strong electromagnetic environments. Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic system, it can monitor power abnormalities, communication interruptions and channel faults, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99% and fault response time ≤5ms, intuitively feeding back operating status through LED indicators.
Fully compatible with GE WESDAC series controllers and third-party PLC/DCS systems, supporting online parameter configuration and firmware upgrade, enabling function expansion without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) of the module is ≥300,000 hours, which can operate stably for a long time in continuous production scenarios.
