Product Performance
The VMEbus data access time is ≤250ns, enabling fast response to master controller commands. The optical isolation design ensures no signal crosstalk under 1kV sustained high voltage and stable output under 6kV pulse impact, effectively resisting strong industrial electromagnetic interference.
The output switch has fast response speed: turn-on time ≤7μs and turn-off time ≤3.5μs in high-current mode; turn-on time ≤6μs and turn-off time ≤50μs in low-current mode, meeting high-frequency control requirements. Field-configurable pull-up resistors support external voltage access to realize voltage source output mode, adapting to different types of loads.
The module has a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) ≥153,100 hours (stress test value). After short-circuit protection is triggered, the output current is automatically limited, and normal operation can be resumed without manual reset after the fault is eliminated, adapting to continuous industrial operation scenarios.
