GE VMIVME 2540-300 Counter/controller module

GE VMIVME 2540-300 is an industrial-grade intelligent counter/controller module based on VMEbus architecture. Its core function is to realize high-precision digital measurement and signal generation through an onboard microprocessor and programmable System Timing Controllers (STCs), supporting event counting, frequency measurement, period/pulse width measurement, and orthogonal position measurement. It can also generate pulse sequences, square waves, and timing interrupt signals. The module is equipped with a VMEbus slave interface and multiple types of communication interfaces, compatible with VxWorks or Linux operating systems. It can flexibly configure 4, 8, 16, or 24 channels via onboard jumpers, with a built-in self-test module to ensure operational reliability. Adopting a 6U VME standard form factor, it requires no additional heat dissipation components and can adapt to extreme industrial environments, serving as a core component for real-time control, data acquisition, and precision testing scenarios.​
