Although there is no hardware redundancy, it has built-in software-level fault self-recovery function, and a single transient fault can restart the control loop within 100ms, reducing unplanned downtime.
The data interaction delay with Mark VIe I/O modules is ≤20ms, and the Ethernet port supports PROFINET protocol, which can be directly connected to the factory-level monitoring network. Real-time equipment status monitoring and remote parameter modification can be realized through Proficy PlantPAx software. The fault diagnosis system can monitor the status of key components such as processor, memory, communication interface and power supply, with diagnostic coverage ≥95%, and fault information is uploaded to the monitoring platform in real time via Ethernet.
