Product Performance
The input channels support 0.1ms-100ms adjustable filtering, which can accurately filter electromagnetic noise in industrial sites, with input response time ≤1ms to ensure no delay in signal acquisition. The output adopts transistor switch design, with switching response time ≤10μs, supporting 1kHz high-frequency switching action to meet fast control needs.
Integrated with channel-level self-diagnostic system, it real-time monitors input open/short circuit, output overload/short circuit and module power abnormalities, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%. Fault information is uploaded to the controller in real time via bus, and channel status is intuitively fed back with LED indicators.
Independent channel isolation and anti-interference circuit design provide common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, maintaining signal stability in strong electromagnetic interference environments. Fully compatible with GE VersaMax, RX3i and other series controllers, supporting online configuration of channel parameters via Proficy Machine Edition software, enabling maintenance without shutdown.
