Product Performance​

Adopting high-frequency LLC resonant topology, the output voltage ripple is ≤50mV, ensuring the stability of signal acquisition and control of loads (such as sensors and I/O modules); the voltage regulation accuracy is ±0.5%, and the output voltage deviation is ≤0.12V when the input voltage fluctuates (90-264V AC) or the load changes (10%-100%). During multi-module parallel redundancy, the current sharing accuracy is ±5%, and the switching time is ≤10ms when a single module fails, with no output interruption, ensuring continuous power supply for critical equipment.​

The over-temperature protection uses dual temperature sensors (chip and housing), which triggers derating at 85℃ and cuts off the output at 90℃ to avoid module burnout; the short-circuit protection is self-recovery design, which automatically restarts within 3 seconds after the fault is eliminated. The industrial-grade anti-EMC design ensures stable operation in strong electromagnetic environments (such as around frequency converters), with Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) ≥500,000 hours (MIL-HDBK-217F, 25℃ environment).​
