The module features channel-level independent isolation design to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, with a common mode rejection ratio ≥90dB, ensuring stable operation in high-interference industrial environments.
Supporting hot-swap operation, module replacement does not require stopping the system, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance and improving system availability. It integrates comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, which can real-time monitor power abnormalities, channel faults, communication interruptions and other statuses, and upload fault information through the communication interface, facilitating quick location and repair.
