GE IS420YAICS1B Analog input module

GE IS420YAICS1B is a core analog input module of the Mark VIe/VIeS turbine control system, designed for high-precision acquisition and transmission of analog signals in industrial processes. Composed of a processor board and a data acquisition board, the module serves as an interface between up to two Ethernet and analog I/O terminal boards, supporting processing of 10 analog input signals. Among them, 2 channels can be configured as ±1mA or 4-20mA current inputs, and the remaining 8 channels can be configured as ±5V, ±10V voltage inputs or 4-20mA current loop inputs. It is compatible with BPPC processor boards and firmware version V05.01 or higher, requiring ControlST software version V06.01 or above. Applicable to simplex or TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) application scenarios, it is a core component for signal acquisition in control systems of critical equipment such as gas turbines and steam turbines.
