GE IS420UCSBH3A Controller module

GE IS420UCSBH3A is a UCSB (Universal Control System Block) controller module in the GE Mark VIe series control system. As a computer that runs control applications independently, it is one of the core components of the entire control system. This module is mainly used to manage the control logic of equipment such as gas turbines and steam turbines, realizing industrial automation control. It communicates with I/O packs through the on - board I/O network (IONet). Unlike traditional controllers, it does not host any application I/O. All I/O networks are connected to each controller, providing them with all input data. The hardware and software architecture ensures that no single point of application input is lost when the controller is powered down for maintenance or repair. The module is pre - installed with application - specific software and can run ladder diagrams or function blocks. Minor changes to the control software can be made online without restarting the system.​
