The module features a signal processing cycle ≤5ms, supporting three selectable frame rates (10ms, 20ms, 40ms) to meet fast control loop requirements. With a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) design, it automatically switches to the standby channel in case of single-channel failure, ensuring continuous operation with a switching time <20ms. Built-in intelligent diagnostics monitor channel short circuits, open circuits, and communication anomalies in real time, achieving a diagnostic coverage rate ≥99%, with fault information uploaded to the master control system via the bus.
