IS200AEPAH1ACB adopts a 16-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip, maintaining ±0.2% full scale accuracy over the entire temperature range, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of analog signal acquisition to meet the strict monitoring requirements of industrial processes. Each input channel has independent electrical isolation, effectively suppressing on-site electromagnetic interference, with common mode and differential mode rejection ratios reaching high industrial standards, adapting to high-interference industrial environments.
Supporting hot-swap function, the module can be installed and replaced without stopping the system, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance and improving system availability. It integrates comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, which can detect channel open circuit, short circuit, overload and power undervoltage faults, transmit fault status to Mark VIe controller in real-time via Ethernet interface, and trigger alarm prompts, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate problems. It is seamlessly compatible with GE Mark VIe control system, with data transmission delay ≤50ms, ensuring the real-time performance of monitoring data and supporting system-level centralized monitoring and data management.
