Product Performance
Adopting a 16-bit resolution digital-to-analog converter (with 14-bit monotonicity) and precise factory calibration, it ensures extremely high analog signal output accuracy, and the voltage and current output errors are controlled within a very small range, ensuring the accurate execution of control commands.
The 4 output channels can be independently configured as voltage or current output modes, and parameter configuration can be completed through programming software without jumpers or DIP switches, adapting to different types of on-site actuators with extremely high flexibility.
The conversion rate can reach 2.0ms, which can quickly convert the digital data output by the CPU into analog signals without delay, meeting the requirements for signal response speed in industrial control scenarios.
The output channels are electrically isolated from the backplane, with overvoltage and short-circuit protection functions. It can automatically return to normal in case of short circuit, effectively resist electromagnetic interference in industrial sites, avoid module damage, and improve operational stability.
Calibration data is stored in non-volatile EEPROM memory, no frequent calibration is required, and the output accuracy can be maintained during long-term operation, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
Adopting a 1-slot design, it is compatible with the Series 90-70 series standard rack. Up to 7 such modules can be installed per rack, supporting system expansion and flexibly adapting to industrial control systems of different scales.
Compatible with the Series 90-70 series PLCs, it can be seamlessly integrated into the existing control system without additional modification and adaptation, with convenient installation and improved system integration efficiency.
