IC695ALG508-AA adopts a 16-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip combined with temperature compensation technology, maintaining high measurement accuracy over the entire operating temperature range to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of industrial process parameter acquisition. The 8 input channels can be independently configured for signal types without external hardware adjustment, adapting to diverse on-site sensor requirements.
The channel-level 2.5kVAC electrical isolation design effectively resists electromagnetic interference, ground loops and other interference sources in industrial sites, with a common mode rejection ratio of 90dB, ensuring stable signal acquisition. It supports hot-swap function, allowing module installation and replacement without powering off or stopping the PLC, significantly reducing system maintenance downtime.
Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can detect channel open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage and module power supply abnormalities, trigger alarms and record fault codes via the RX3i CPU module, facilitating quick problem location. It communicates with RX3i series PLCs at high speed via the backplane bus, with data update delay ≤10ms, meeting real-time control needs.
