Adopting a 16-point grouping design with a common power input terminal, it can efficiently connect on-site input devices such as pushbuttons and limit switches, realize synchronous signal acquisition of multiple devices, and meet the signal acquisition needs of medium and large-scale industrial control scenarios.
Supports positive/negative logic bidirectional wiring mode, which can flexibly select the wiring mode according to on-site control needs, without additional module modification, with strong versatility and adaptability to different types of on-site control loops.
The response time is only 8ms (typical), which can quickly collect the on/off status of on-site devices and convert them into digital signals for transmission to the PLC controller, ensuring real-time response of control commands without signal delay.
It has optical isolation protection function, which effectively isolates the field circuit from the backplane circuit and frame ground, resists electromagnetic interference in industrial fields, prevents high voltage from entering and damaging the PLC system, and improves the stability of signal transmission and the safety of system operation.
